LA Times: President Obama plans to roll out the first U.S. regulations designed to cut carbon dioxide emissions from existing power plants by next June, making that the central element of a sweeping initiative to rein in emissions of gases that drive climate change.

Time: In just a few hours President Obama will give what the White House is calling a major speech on climate change at Georgetown University--and for his increasingly wobbly environmental supporters, this is a long time coming.
