GOP Advances Bill To Block Federal Fracturing Rules

Fuel Fix: The House Natural Resources Committee on Wednesday approved legislation that effectively would block the federal government from regulating the hydraulic fracturing process that is unlocking previously unrecoverable supplies of gas and oil.
