Evaluating Feedback on Fracking Rules

New York Times: As I report in today’s Times, New York State environmental regulators are sorting through more than 20,000 public comments as they develop the final rules for high-volume hydraulic fracturing, the much-debated process to extract natural gas from underground shale formations.
