Hot, dry winds raise fire danger for San Diego

MSNBC: With hot, dry, Santa Ana winds expected to blow into San Diego through Saturday, fire officials are warning locals to be on high alert for the next few days. A high-wind warning was to take effect Thursday night, followed by a red flag warning, which means fire danger is high.
