Allen finances lawsuit targeting coal leasing on federal lands

Seattle Times: Mercer Island billionaire and Seattle Seahawks owner Paul Allen has jumped into the battle over the future of coal leasing on federal lands. A federal lawsuit financed by the Paul G.
