United Press International: Federal regulators in Canada expressed concern over pipeline company TransCanada's safety record, though the company said it has addressed any issues.
TransCanada aims to build an extension to the Keystone oil pipeline in order to ship so-called tar sands oils to refineries along the southern U.S. coast.
