Greenpeace critical of Papua New Guinea graft, “carbon cowboys”

Reuters: Rainforest-clad Papua New Guinea is not ready for international funding for U.N.-backed forest carbon credits to stem deforestation, said Greenpeace, citing corruption, "carbon cowboys" and lack of political leadership.
