North Carolina High Court Vacates ‘Immediate Action’ Order on Coal Ash

Charlotte Observer: North Carolina’s Supreme Court vacated Thursday a lower-court ruling that said state regulators could force “immediate action” to clean up the sources of groundwater contaminated by coal ash.
