Guardian: A former chairman of Northern Ireland Water has blamed politicians and the state-run utility company's current management for the country's water crisis.
Chris Mellor, who was sacked in March, said the chaos was due to the appointment of people with no experience of the water industry, and described it as a "disaster waiting to happen".
"I think this is what happens when you get rid of the directors at the top of NIW, who knew what they were doing, and replace them with people who have no experience......
