Restart Mauna Kea construction prevented following arrests

TVNZ: Protesters have managed to prevent the restart of construction work on a Thirty-Metre Telescope on the summit of Mauna Kea in Hawai'i today. Hawaiian media have reported the TMT crews attempted to reach the site of construction only to be met by hundreds of peaceful protesters ‘standing in protection of Mauna Kea as a sacred Native Hawaiian site’.
