Supreme Court grants motion for stay on TMT permit

Associated Press: The Hawaii Supreme Court granted a motion on Tuesday for a stay on the permit for the Thirty Meter Telescope on Mauna Kea until Dec. 2 or until the court rules on the appeal of the permit. Opponents of the TMT had appealed the permit given to construct the telescope. Late Monday, a motion was made for a stay on the permit.
