Tennessee Riverkeeper Files Intent to Sue Over Company’s Failure to Comply with Clean Water Act

EcoWatch: Tennessee Riverkeeper has announced its intention to file a federal lawsuit to abate pollution from the old Florence Landfill site in Florence, Alabama.
