Empire State Tribune: Sometimes people just want to protect their cultural heritage, and that’s what happened here with a victory that’s allowed those against the planned Thirty Meter Telescope to get the Hawaiian Supreme Court to skip the Intermediate Court of Appeals and go directly to the highest state of the court.
